Antique Brass Drop Handle

These stunning drop handles are cast brass and suitable for both rim and mortice furniture.
Traditional CR 1718 Plain Dutch Drop Handles can recreate an accurate historical scene in a period or listed properties, or put that perfect finishing touch to new build or refurbishment projects, but lend themselves very much to period décor.

These drop handles are very high quality, solid, cast brass or bronze items and available in two styles and sizes. British made and individually finished by hand, they are available in over twenty metals and finishes.

The drop handles in the photo are shown in the Antique Brass “living” finish. They are solid, cast brass which have an aged/antique finish applied. This is then designed so that with normal handling, the handles will develop over time and parts of the finish will reveal the metal below, creating a stunning aged effect.

Suitable for both mortice and rim furniture, drop handles were traditionally fitted to Rim Locks and when fitted to this style of lock, please remember to order the “Rim Knobs” versions of these (the rim versions only have a rose one side, to suit rim locks).
